Eye Health Insider

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 29 October 2026

This policy explains what Eye Health Insider collects when you visit eyehealthinsider.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can do about it. It covers the website only. When you click through to a retailer or a supplement seller, their policy applies from that point on.

What we collect

Information you give us.

Information collected automatically.

We do not ask for, and do not want, information about your medical condition, your prescriptions or your test results. If you send us such details in an email, we will delete them once we have answered you.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use the following, each for the purpose stated:

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking analytics cookies does not prevent you from reading anything on this site. Blocking the ClickBank cookie does not prevent you from buying, but the seller will not see that you came from here.

Why we use this information

Who we share it with

We share data with the service providers that run these functions: Google (analytics), Meta (advertising measurement), Microsoft (advertising measurement), Brevo (email delivery), and ClickBank (affiliate tracking). Each processes data under its own terms.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade email addresses. We do not share your email address with the supplement sellers we review.

We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights in the event of misuse of the site.

How long we keep it

Your rights

If you live in California, the CCPA and CPRA give you the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request a copy, to ask us to correct it, to ask us to delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy request". We will not treat you differently for making a request.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have equivalent rights under the GDPR, including the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. The same address handles those requests.

Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link that works immediately, without asking you why.

Children

This site is written for adults and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and data is transmitted encrypted. No system is perfectly secure. We keep the amount of personal data we hold deliberately small, which is the most reliable protection there is.

Changes to this policy

If we add a tool that changes what is collected, this page is updated and the date at the top changes with it. We do not apply changes retroactively to data already collected.
